Major overhaul at Mail-SysTec:
- complete disassembly, cleaning of all parts and reassembly
- replacement of ALL ball bearings with high quality bearings from SKF in 2RS quality
- replacement of ALL transport and pressure rollers as well as toothed and round belts
- replacement of the running mat of the drain belt
- inspection of the sprockets and cams and replacement in case of wear
- pulling in of new drive chains
- replacement of all plexiglass panes
- new plastic coating of the visible metal parts
- technical revision of the round arch feeder through improved trigger mechanism
